Spa services are informational and limited<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Typical time to perform \u2013 1 hour<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pool and Spa inspections will provide information on recommended next steps for maintenance, health &amp; safety concerns, damaged or expired pool equipment, and potential concerns with septic systems, conservation areas, and municipal bylaws<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>There are 2 styles of pools \u2013 in-ground and above ground<ul><li>There are 3 construction styles for in-ground<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>There is one construction style for above ground<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Typical Equipment<ul><li>Furnace (solar, gas, heat pump, co-shared)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Filter (Sand, cartridge, diatomaceous earth)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Hygiene (Chlorine, bromine, salt &#8211; electro-chemical)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pool Water composition &#8211; tap water, salt water<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Typical Addons &#8211; low voltage DC in-pool lighting, solar blanket &amp; reel, diving board and slides<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Common issues:<ul><li>Inadequate sanitizer<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>\u2018Bound\u2019 chlorine sanitizer<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>PH level<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Air in return water jet(s)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Algae bloom<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Cloudy (milky) water<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Leakage<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Wrinkled\/torn liner (vinyl)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pitted\/gouged or missing tile finish (concrete\/gunite)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Coping damage<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Water in lighting equipment<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Poor water circulation<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Expired \/ EOL equipment<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Incorrect back flushing and disposal<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Grading concerns<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Spa Types:<ul><li>Hot tub &#8211;
